Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Missed Appointments

If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment prior to booking.

Late Arrivals

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late your service will impact the length of your treatment, and, out of consideration for the next guest’s appointment, your service will end at the originally scheduled. The value of your full treatment will be applied.
